What kind of Leader are you?
This week I have just a short article from Inc. magazine. When I read it, it made me say, “Wow, what kind of leader am I?”

I feel I am at my best when time is taken to read leadership articles like this Inc. resource. I never feel the need to chair every meeting. My sons are now in that role. “Lording” over people diffinately not my style. Set the expectation and hold team members accountable, is my style. Leadership is best accomplished by a positive example. Give the team the right tools, show them how, set the expectation and let them fly! Thanks Marty! By the way I just started “The Checklist Manefesto”, good stuff, I can already tell!
