Grunder Landscaping Field Trips 2011
Additional Field Trip Scheduled Due to Demand.
Field Trips are a unique way to get an inside look at Grunder Landscaping and what really makes Grunder work. Field Trips are limited to 14 people, as our goal is to make the experience as beneficial to you as possible. Listen to past Field Trip attendees talk about their experiences.
The trip starts out on Thursday night with dinner with Marty and the other participants. Friday, Marty picks you up at the hotel to experience TEAM GRUNDER for the day. You will experience Grunder as crews prepare and roll out for the day, visit job sites, talk to Marty and his key people on all aspects of how Grunder Landscaping Co. works, tour the facility and take home a bunch of Grunder forms. The day ends with dinner at Marty’s house with time to relax and ask any other questions you may have about the workings of Grunder Landscaping Co. This is the same house the 43rd President of the United States visited one year ago!

“The field trip was well worth the time, effort, and money!! To be honest with you I feel that attending your field trip advanced my team ahead 5 years, at least! Everything was covered from production and marketing to maintenance on trucks and equipment. One of the biggest things that helped me was to see the owner of the company that clearly took action to achieve function and efficiency. You practice what you preach and that was exactly what I needed! Thanks for taking the guess work out of the equation for us!!”
Lauren Olenius, Founder and President, L3 Designs, Houston, TX
“A small price to pay for the amount of ideas and information that has helped us manage our office more efficiently and monitor labor hours and production profitability. This Field Trip is a “must’ for any owner or key person who wants to take their company to the next level.”
Dave Brown, President & Founder, Dave Brown Landscape Group, Westerville, OH
“Attending a Field Trip at Grunder Landscaping is the equivalent to reading 100 books on how to build a first class landscaping operation. You get an insider’s look at proven processes and procedures that Marty and his team of professionals have developed and refined over their many years in the landscaping business. Better yet, you get to ask the why and hows that may be keeping you from building your operation into a finely tuned machine. I came away with so many ideas and have implemented lots of them. Well worth the time off and certainly money well spent.”
Keith Upham, Owner/President, The Upham Landscape Co., Weston, MA
“I want to drop you a line to let you know how much I enjoyed touring your facility this past Friday. The opportunity to experience an in-depth look into the workings of another company was very helpful and I gained a wealth of knowledge that will be useful within my own company. I feel that the forms alone that I brought home were well worth the cost of the tour. Thanks again.”
Mark Borst, President, Borst Landscape & Design, Allendale, NJ
